Wentworth Resources is an independent energy company with gas reserves and exploration potential in the Rovuma Basin of southern Tanzania and northern Mozambique. The Company and its concession partners are exploring over 12,700 km² of onshore and near shore acreage and own two producing natural gas fields in Tanzania which will commence delivering gas to a new government owned and operated transnational gas pipeline. Wentworth Resources is publicly-traded on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange (AIM: WRL) and the Oslo Stock Exchange (OSX: WRL).

Wentworth’s two principal assets are the Mnazi Bay Concession in Tanzania and the Rovuma Onshore Block in Mozambique where the Company holds participation interests of 31.94 percent and 11.59 percent respectively. The Company has active exploration programs in both Tanzania and Mozambique. In Tanzania, following completion and commissioning of a new domestic pipeline, delivery of first gas from four existing shut-in gas wells is expected during Q2 2015. Learn More
